OUR MISSION
The Maxwell Conservation Trust is a non-profit organization working to raise funds to purchase land in Scituate, MA and surrounding communities.

The Trust was established by Scituate residents who saw a need for a local conservation trust in order to preserve open space and the quality of life that many have come to enjoy in Scituate.

Its mission is to promote and assist in the conservation, preservation and responsible development of our natural and land resources including open spaces for recreation, wildlife, public water supply and forestry protection.

The Maxwell Trust is a membership-based organization which gives the people of Scituate and surrounding communities an exciting opportunity to become directly involved in helping to preserve more of this beautiful town and its environs.
